STRECO CENTER PIVOT
The Astrico model is characterized by a strong fulcrum made of 8/5-8 inches pipe 5.50 mm thick with a 90-degree steel elbow according to international standards with very rigid fulcrum legs

All galvanized construction including truss rods and stabilizer angles

Tower box

Installed at the end of each tower in order to maintain the integrity of the device through mechanical conveyers by electrical parts that control the movement of towers in the rough terrain to keep the device in a straight shape during rotation with an internal protection circuit to stop the device completely in the event that one of the towers exits its path.

PIVOT PIPES AND STRUCTURAL PARTS

Irrigation device pipes and body parts are manufactured according to high-quality international American specifications ATSM A-513 and iron for sulfur and salt-resistant irrigation (SAE 1015)
Pipes are soldered while manufactured at high frequency, which gives the docking point the strength and durability of iron ore.
Other parts of the device (corners - screws - stents and spare parts) are manufactured from high-quality iron according to international standards.
We conduct many tests on welding by compressing the water inside the pipes at a rate of 10 bar to ensure that it is not leaked, as well as tests of straightness, roundness and welding points for pipes by tightening, bending, etc.
All structural parts of the device are hot dipped in a temperature of not less than 450°C and a thickness of at least 80 microns, which gives the device resistance specifications to salt water and all various atmospheric factors.
